JOHNSON COUNTY — Johnson County emergency managers said a home that exploded late Saturday night is a total loss, and the search for its owners has yielded one body.
According to Sheriff Bob Alford, authorities in Johnson County first received calls about the explosion at about 10:58 p.m.

Hi, I live in rural America that makes up 20% of all U.S. Registered Voters. I am also a native Texan whose forefathers were White Irish Mexican citizens that served in Santa Anna’s Army during the siege of the Alamo to protect their country Mexico from illegal U.S. Immigration into the Mexican state of Tejas now known as the State of Texas.
Texas is a state divided between north and south perhaps because we still have a constitutional option to divide into two separate states. In South Texas, South of Austin, where I live, we all consider ourselves Tex-mexs as noted by are culinary dishes, the celebration of fiestas and the intermarriage of European immigrants and Mexican Americans.

There is still racial oppression by skin color for Blacks in the North and for Hispanics state wide that are really direct dissidents of Texas Native Indians who took Spanish names to obtain social and economic status impossible for clan members of indigenous tribes during Spanish rule and the U.S. occupation of White Settlers.
The Alamo and its history, real or perceived is the Mica of the most complex cultural margins of any state of the Union. We still have indigenous Native American Tribes that have lived in Texas Eons before the Spanish Conquistadors planted their first flag in Texas soil. The cultural margins are not dominantly based on racial identifiers such as Hispanic, African Americans, Asian, and Caucasians but a division of the ruling elite class of Republicans (who just happen to be predominately white) and the dwindling middle class that once identified themselves with old school republican ideologies that gave a false hope that anyone could achieve economic prosperity by hard work if it were not for federal intervention by regulation.

We still see this false belief today from those that are poverty stricken but the old school republican ideologies still live in the minds of those giving a false hope that tomorrow will be better if it were not for government regulation, Working Unions, and Professional Special Interest, and the bad name our governor has given to the president for his own mistakes.
The majority of educated Texans with at least 2 years of college have migrated over party lines to democrats or independents because they understand that Texas is a police state with 4,500 Rick Perry appointees including the chambers of our Supreme Court that has created a corrupt justice system.
My last count for the city of San Antonio was 1 police officer for every 10 citizens that includes every man women and child.

With that said here are some suggested target platform ideas or a bullet list of things that you may find useful if not for the DNC platform but to inform the Justice Department in a diplomatic way to secure the peace and a call for fair elections.
1. The Texas Democratic base or Obama’s Biggest Supporters were from Texas Colleges and Universities. Suggest the distribution of college credits or certificates for students participating in a non-partisan register to vote drives or other political task with recognition by letter or certificate of community service- they help when you are looking for a job! [ I got a couple certificates !]
2. Texas is not only an Oil Rich State it is also a toxic waste dump for refineries chemicals that have no commercial value and has gone unnoticed by the EPA because they have found ways to dispose of Toxic Waste chemicals by declaring them a chemical with a purpose. Example: Disposal of Toxic waste a barrel in the 1990 was $1,000.00 per barrel but by formulating a need of these chemicals in the deep Oil well fracturing [Should of said Deep Well Injection, if I thought somebody without technical knowledge, and confirmation to those in office that are experts, would use this valid report for political gain when we have some many birth defects for toxic waste chemicals, I would not of wasted my time] was a way to dispose of toxic waste instead of disposing in a safe manor such as incineration to 99.9 free of the pollutants. This is a factual statement. After I reported it they found others ways to frack and I am not opposed to way they do it just do it - Example: Fracking with natural gas that is stopping the oil production on my extended families oil rights.
3. You can get more Republican votes if you preach the truth “deep oil well fracturing is a safe process to the environment if done correctly and not used to dispose of toxic waste chemicals.” Why? South Texas sets on one the biggest oil reserves and the only means for jobs in the short term until infrastructure is repaired and a dependable rail service is re-established.
4. I would publish that many south Texans do not know that they have inherited oil/mineral rights from deceased relatives in district 28 and others South Texas districts. I just found out that they have one of the biggest gushers found one mile from my families’ minerals rights left over from 1949 to the descendants forever. And as stated in the above statement. Texas is a corrupt state and they only will make an effort to steal the oil rights not help people claim their rights.

5. The Texas Constitution requires a mineral and oil tariff for every gallon of oil that is pumped out of Texas to be used to develop Texas Schools, Highways, and infrastructure. Sense District 28th is a Historically Poor Democratic district with no rail transportation to Schools, Universities, or Hospitals it would be wise to open some of the Oil reserves in the short term to rebuild the destroyed communities and get people back to work and connect rural America to Metro areas that will decrease the need to ship in agriculture products from foreign countries and re-establish farm to market transportation so we can produce our own food.

6. Kill the 911 Patriot Act . It was only necessary for easy access to funds for Republicans like Dick Cheney and Halliburton. The CIA and FBI already had the right to do what they are doing before the 911 act except they should not be sharing the information with the police (unless on a need to know basis) or private sector. Also our Governor used federally funded anti-terrorism devices against peaceful political adversaries especially the democratic supporters. That makes his last election fraudulent. Think of the Governing control in the name of national security back in the hands of the FBI and Secret Services and the savings of Billions of dollars! What does it mean to us? The rule of law will be obeyed by those that govern or that our governed too.
By making an exception to the rule to those that govern and those that our rewarded for enforcing the law was that “Slippery Slope” of public corruption that turned Texas into a police State of Republican ideologies. Just talk about killing it and tell us what we want to hear “The Best Intelligence the People of The State” will win a massive amount of support from all parties especially soft Republicans.

7. Lastly, don’t put all your efforts into the internet when 70% of the democratic voters in Texas buy printed newspapers and magazines. Postal Letters to communicate with constituents is still important to many voters. That’s were they get there information on the national political news and rationalize their choices and think of all the wealthy seniors that will not use the internet or card number on a form and want to send you a check but do not have a way to do it?

We need a diverse way to communicate and share knowledge like information for homework or why kids in rural areas do not complete high school or I did read the statistics and help many get through high school helping with access using mine. I once put a terminal outside next to my shop so kids could come by anytime to do their homework when I was not at home and I don’t like them coming in unless their parents know me (A lot of them are my own relatives). And my PC supports three households in this area and you can add three or four more that do not have internet access or slow satellite subject to hacking.
