Because of The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) Se Houston Surveillance of a several Veterans in your care, who have been threaten and murder attempts made to me but unsuccessful reported to local police and FBI San Antonio Texas. The bigger concern is those have been abuse tortured and or killed - unknown victims to the FBI.
I have tried your OIG hotline website but it is hacked by Se Houston Texas, which is another Federal Violation.
Please be aware I delivered a factual statement of abuse by state of Texas, which includes the denial of medical entitlements to the Patients advocacy who said He will deliver the five report to your office.
