Myself and family have been retaliated against on numerous occasions after filing a civil rights complaint. The Office the Attorney General explained that I may subpoena the information withheld from my request using the freedom of information act; however, I will need an attorney to do so.  The information, and new retaliation attempts show clear evidence of retaliation and I am seeking an attorney to review and pursuer my case. Similar cases have been mediated for no less then 1 mil us dollars but requires an attorney. I would not bother if the retaliation stopped after I made every request possible including this final request to the executive branch as follows:

But please be so kind to put a staff member that is not an Oil Engineer on to a problem we have with a governor that has actually gone rouge and is using State and Federal dollars against political opponents? Is this what John Roberts meant by free-for- spending for political advertisement- launch  military attacks against private U.S. Citizens who oppose the governors abuses and jail peaceful protesters and charge them as being Terrorist or enemies of the state of Texas? We all know this is a big problem if even the Republican Senators are voicing their complaints against Rick Perry- he is becoming dangerous! Here's how it happened. In the early years of the Reagan Administration, when "fighting terrorism" (1) and the "war on drugs" superseded human rights as priorities in both foreign and domestic policy, personnel were shifted among agencies, blurring the boundaries of authority and accountability. This permitted domestic law enforcement agents to exercise powers not constitutionally theirs in the name of "national security." Police, on or off duty, within or outside their jurisdictions, began to think and act like intelligence agents on a secret spy mission or a military operation. Conversely, military and intelligence agents were able to carry out illegitimate "covert ops," justified as "police business," against civilian Americans. Citizens became subjects. Subjects became suspects. Suspects became enemies.
