The ambiguous phrase ‘Cyber Space’ has created an elusive non-existent universe leaving many Texans to foul play, draining their lifetime assets, which is a linguistic nightmare for Texas Seniors, Children, Veterans and those who can no longer care for themselves; come to be known as  “The Cyber Lunacy Pandemic.” 

The many articles I have written over the years are a reflection of issues pertaining to those who can no longer care for themselves ignored by every representative in the state of Texas, personally contacted by me and thousands of others. A good guess would be 45% of these people will never own or have access to the current techno wise systems, which are just a brief fart in the wind, when we look into the future at information systems that will return to the same closed systems and work for the people, not The People working for systems. 

The effects of the “Cyber Lunacy Pandemic” is not limited to voter fraud, permanent seats in Texas political positions, political targeting, punishment without due cause, easy access and theft of assets, and early death just because these people did not have a way to express their opinions by way of electronic devices that are not user friendly, cause harm and even death to Thousands of Texans.

There is currently about $3 billion in property that has not been claimed on record available at the Texas State comptroller close data system that will never reach the rightful owner without legal assistance by the state. Pena, 1327 Third Street Floresville, Texas without any legal consul and pressed for criminal charges to be brought upon the State of Tex-as. My request was met with laughter,  I am not trained in law; however, the context of my allegations shows just one more victimize citizen of Texas, with crimes similar to those of Nazi Germany in the late 1930's. Make no mistake about it, my allegations are not an exaggeration and bring shame upon the state of Texas, to allow such treatment of peaceful citizens including women, children, and the elderly.

Let it be known, that I have filed criminal charges against the state of Texas that implicate people in the highest offices of State and Federal Government which includes, State Sponsored Terroristic Threats, Stalking, Retaliation, and the use of ungodly Non-lethal Weapons of the mind, that If not for God Almighty, I would have not sustained my sanity to protect those that I love.

Again, I am just one of many citizens that have pressed your office for justice, while hindsight tells me that doing the right thing was wrong; however, now it is the case, my life as well as others, and those we love have been put into jeopardy as we all live in fear.

Lastly, If you pursue these criminal charges, the attacks by people such as Senator John Cornyn, threatened by those who have had a long history of monetary advantage over the stock market, will only increase the attacks on your integrity by Texas leadership and the Republican GOP.

Michael Hayden had been running the NSA since 1999, through the 9/11 terrorist attacks and into a new era that found the global eavesdropping agency increasingly focused on Americans' communications inside the United States. At times, Hayden had found himself swimming in the murkiest depths of the law, overseeing programs that other senior officials in government thought violated the Constitution. Now Hayden of all people was worried that Alexander didn't understand the legal sensitivities of that new mission.

The general didn't say how exactly to make this determination, but it was all the justification Alexander needed. "Hayden's attitude was 'Yes, we have the technological capability, but should we use it?' Keith's was 'We have the capability, so let's use it,'" says the former intelligence official who worked with both men.

Former intelligence officials who remain in regular contact with those still in government say that morale at the NSA is low, both because of the reaction to leaks by former contractor Edward Snowden, which put the normally secretive agency under intense scrutiny, and because of budget cutbacks and the continuing government shutdown, which has left some employees furloughed without pay.

Reputed Aryan Brotherhood of Texas Gang Leader Pleads Guilty to Federal Racketeering Charges




An alleged general of the Aryan Brotherhood of Texas gang (ABT) pleaded guilty today to racketeering charges related to his membership in the ABT’s criminal enterprise, announced Acting Assistant Attorney General Mythili Raman of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division and U.S. Attorney Kenneth Magidson of the Southern District of Texas.


Charles Lee Roberts, aka “Jive,” 67, of Beaumont, Texas, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Sim Lake in the Southern District of Texas to one count of conspiracy to participate in racketeering activity. 


According to court documents, Roberts and other ABT gang members and associates, agreed to commit multiple acts of murder, robbery, arson, kidnapping and narcotics trafficking on behalf of the ABT gang.  Roberts and numerous ABT gang members met on a regular basis at various locations throughout Texas to report on gang-related business, collect dues, commit disciplinary assaults against fellow gang members and discuss acts of violence against rival gang members, among other things.  


 By pleading guilty to racketeering charges, Roberts admitted to being a member of the ABT criminal enterprise.


According to the superseding indictment, the ABT was established in the early 1980s within the Texas prison system.  The gang modeled itself after and adopted many of the precepts and writings of the Aryan Brotherhood, a California-based prison gang that was formed in the California prison system during the 1960s.  According to the superseding indictment, previously, the ABT was primarily concerned with the 

protection of white inmates and white supremacy/separatism.  Over time, the ABT expanded its criminal enterprise to include illegal activities for profit.
