I had just spent months going over Chinese Big Pharmaceutical stock perspectives, finding that the Merck CEO brags about his tactics of saving Merck from Bankruptcy to Chinese inside stock traders.What the CEO of Merck was bragging about is the illegal production of labeling and packing of a deadly drug in Puerto Rico, with five fully loaded 747 Cargo aircraft running at idle on the tarmac waiting for a legal sign off by a FDA representative.
The actions by these criminals was the Deadliest Bio-Chemical attack on the United States of America, killing more people since War War II including Korea, Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan and the 911 attack, who I am a protected witness.

Dr. Gupta has received wide acclaim as the most important voice on medical matters in the U.S. broadcasting industry. And CNN has played an important role in developing and promulgating the U.S. establishment’s conventional wisdom on what is happening in the country’s medical care. As a victim I become an informant as I report the criminal activity to Eric holder and Greg Abbott only to be retaliated against after CIA visits to our farm, which burned five times in a three year period, as I waited for a response from the Dallas Civil Rights office.
A few months before, I report a data manipulation of interest, UTSA gave me credit for nuclear physics classes that I never attended and reported it immediately to the Omnibus-man signed “Whistle Blower” Gregory O’Dell. Still today hackers harass me with messages, "Did you learn Something" as if I did something wrong.
The Dallas OCR Field office thinking my disclosure was insane, never investigated my claim. Not that the important message by the CIA has any connection to the burning of our farm. However, being stalked on campus and off campus by military aircraft, forces me to do the right thing by law as a 'Federal FAA Certificate Holder' and Texas Governor Rick Perry retaliates for over a six year period with NDAA electronic surveillance.
I struggle to communicate with guidance counselors at UTSA. I report to the local FBI Alamo Office in-between the Virginia Tech Shooting , then a week later the Illinois mass shooting takes place.

My Congressman Henry Cuellar ignores the abuse of thousands of his constituents, shifting the responsibility to Cero Rodriguez, who loses the election to Republican GOP Member because of a media hit Henry has never lived-up to for six years now.
Finally, I write The CIA “If the Secret Service [CIA] can find my house but Federal Express cannot, then why can’t they find Osama Bin Laden, who gets courier service each week?” Twenty-four hours later he is dead.
Meanwhile, back in Washington D.C. they receive regular correspondence from me pealing for relief as per protocol, and I took it for granted that they knew, I had been through several terrorist bombings.
Senator Cornyn instructs me to keep working with the FBI and International Victims of Terrorism Office, who i detail every event including the Tea Party Rebellion
and insurrection of April 2009, that was an artificial mob party promoted by the Koch brothers, who have investments in oil, that is rightfully owned by my extended family, and no action has been taken for the white collar crime, known to us and reported to the FBI.
The FBI has the responsibility to investigate, prosecute criminals, and distribute the mineral rights to legal heirs, some who have been abused, exploited, murdered, or retaliated against by stopping drilling operations.
Texas has a long history of abusing the mineral rights of those in our care, including the elderly, disabled, and children.

Would any of the following information have been relevant for Dr. Gupta or the First Lady to share with CNN viewers in discussing a vaccine planned for mass inoculations of children: according to Merck’s SEC filing 11 days prior to this broadcast, the company is facing a criminal investigation by the Bush administration’s U.S. Department of Justice over Vioxx marketing; a scheme that concealed tens of thousands of heart attacks and strokes caused by its last blockbuster drug, Vioxx. Additionally, the company reported it "has also been named as a defendant in separate lawsuits brought by the Attorneys General of Alaska, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Texas and Utah. These actions allege that the Company misrepresented the safety of Vioxx." (9)
