A pattern of Police Officers or ‘Bagmen’ who collect a ‘Sack of money’ to pay off law Enforcement like in Star County Texas to turn a blind eye on the operation or why FBI Sharing across the board with police is a bad idea. Thank god they went back to ‘A need to know’.
