New Computers for Volunteer First Responders

It's Christmas They Asked for It! So Give It To Um!

In June of 2013, A Volunteer Federal Aviation First Responder, Identified a break in National Security and worked with Congressman Henry Cuellar to now include Federal First Responders single point reporting with the Texas State Emergency Response System. Anyone who holds a Valid FAA certificate can now participate from any location 24/7 adding thousands of eyes and ears to our National Security Network.

Volunteer is not correct, by law in the legal sense not by choice such as a person with a valid driver license would be breaking the law to pass-by a traffic accident without rendering aid. There are many who did respond to the mail out by the Federal Aviation Administration requesting more vigilant observation in rural areas of concern and given a postcard identifier. These are now obsolete considering the corruption of data is by intent or error. In 2010, Joe Biden recognized that there was a breakdown of who was a licensed certificate holder and who was not, many were retaliated against by manipulating Federal data by unknown parties and is a matter of the justice department.

In addition, veterans who hold classified information computers were hacked by unknown parties of the state of Texas, NSA is not a concern and that is also a matter of the justice department.

I just make good sense, if you have a volunteer force and people who hold classified information and their computers can and are breach and the information is assimilated by irresponsible persons to foreign states, supply a network of new desk top computers to designated persons, designed by experts with the most advance technology that we have by a signed term contract with homeland conditions.

Contrary to popular belief, consider the fact FAA certificate holders are not the police, so law enforcement applications would be unnecessary when all citizens report crimes and suspicious activity by protocol with their local police or sheriff’s office. The police are trained expert professionals and it would be unwise to include applications of sharing as we have seen with sharing of FBI data across the board that has been abused or “When Sharing is not caring.” Consider the cost of paying contractors (most are prudent investments) outrageous fees paid by auto pay with no justification by way audit trails of the money spent and return on investment in comparison with trained professional volunteers, who are not paid for community service.

There many other considerations I leave to professional experts but we need to do something to protect classified information and give support to those who are situated Fist Responders in prime areas or gaps in our geospatial grid. This request is especially for FAA certificate holders who would volunteer and go beyond what they are required by law much like a volunteer vigilant fireman. There was time when volunteer fireman were given ham radio equipment, so what matter if it is a PC or a Dick Tracy watch?

It is the case of “When Sharing is caring” justified by the facts presented and In June of 2013, A Volunteer Federal Aviation First Responder Identified a break in National Security and worked with Congressman Henry Cuellar to now include Federal First Responders single point reporting with the Texas State Emergency Response System. Anyone who hold a Valid FAA certificate can now participate from any location 24/7 adding thousands of eyes and ears to our National Security Network. It is unwise to transfer this information on the world wide net.
