Abstract
The small booklet "Public officers: Traps of the unwary 2006" by Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott, can be compared to the Chinese blueprint for a Communist State, known in the west as the "Little Red Book" by the Chinese Dictator Chairman Mao Tse-Tung, and the formulation for a Texas Republican Red State Super Majority, designed to alter the constitution of the state of Texas.

The Texas Attorney General's introductory page explains the intent of the publication:
"is to provide public officials in Texas with the best possible legal advice and support ... it can provide guidance about various legal constraints that may affect you in the performance of your official duties...I urge you to become familiar with the contents of the handbook. Well-informed state and local government officials are important to a responsible, ethical and accountable government."

After, reading Greg Abbott's publication, I as well as any other reasonable human being, can clearly see the publication is altering the Texas constitution to benefit the elite ruling class, by showing examples to degrade the original intent of the Texas Constitution by de-regulation, or a guide to loopholes to build a privatized state of corporate rule, driven by greed and a thirst for power. [*Hence why Senate Bill 1571 will not be considered]
